Freight Farms, a Boston-based company in the US, hired Ralph de Vries as their newest Business development and Senior board advisor for Europe. Ralph will be focusing on the European branch to further develop the company's efforts in the region. 

"I'm super excited to start as Business development Europe and Senior board advisor at Freight Farms to help the team to grow the company in Europe! At Freight Farms, we say: "Move Farms & not food!" Great to meet you and be part of your team," Ralph shared. 

The Dutch entrepreneur has been involved with food production earlier on as a partner of Group of Butchers, an organization that supplies various meat dishes and products. Besides that, he is still active within FarmTrace, a digital infrastructure platform that connects the agrifood world and other food and agri companies. No wonder he found his way back to the agriculture industry, but this time, tech is implemented a bit differently.
