To outfit their new facility, Town to Table partnered with South Carolina-based indoor-agriculture technology company Amplified Ag, whose enterprise-grade technology-enabled container farms regulate environmental inputs such as light, water, and plant nutrition to yield consistent, fresh produce year-round
