Crate to Plate Crate to Plate was founded with the mission of bringing sustainable, local production of leafy greens to urban communities.

Our founder, Sebastien, believed that consumers in cities should be able to buy higher quality food, free of any pesticides, which hasn’t been shipped from thousands of miles away to be consumed several days after harvest.

At Crate to Plate, we’re passionate about the concept of "15-minute cities" where everyone has access to fresh produce within 15 minutes from their homes.

So we set up our first urban farms in London, to offer consumers a wide range of super fresh lettuces, leafy greens and herbs, all delivered within 24 hours of harvest, available by home delivery or at select greengrocers throughout London.
