VIDEO: Diversifying The Dairy Farm - Verdures Dorey Farm, Quebec, Canada

Audrey and Dominic run a dairy and mixed grain farm in rural Quebec. In 2021, they took on a new adventure by adding a Growcer modular farm to grow healthy produce 365 days a year.

Their produce - freshly harvested spinach, kale, lettuce, bok choy, and arugula - travels only 35 kilometres to reach store shelves and even less to reach their Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) subscribers.

Because their local business exists, it’s easier for customers to bring home fresher (and tastier!) produce and support local farmers year-round. Solutions like our modular farms, offer hope for a food future that’s more local, and fresh and contributes more to the local economy.
