Bloombox20’

1. Shell – 20’ high cube new container, beige color, easy open door with one handle to open, lockable from inside and outside. The year of manufacture is 2020, with a valid CSC certificate until 2025 for sea freight purposes.  Has removable, white color pvc curtains at the entrance to minimize light and climate leaks when entering. Walls and ceiling insulated with closed cell polyurethane foam with thickness ca 6cm walls and ca10cm ceiling, spraypainted with durable antibacterial ingredient white flat paint Caparol Amphibolin 3 layers. The floor is insulated with 5cm PIR boards covered with durelis moisture-proof board, on top of the grey PVC flooring material. 

2. Water, vent, electricity  – water inlet and the waste water outlet is located through the floor back right corner, as well as the air extraction vent outlet. All of the electrical wires are installed inside 20mm installation PVC tubes inside pure foam insulation. 5 prong power outlet 380v

3. Equipment –   opticlimate 3500 pro3 with, slightly used (year or two), maintenance done before installation. Warms and cools also dehumidifies when cooling. Can be set to send you sms message when something is wrong with the climate system. The rest of the equipment is unused.
   Quest 70 – dehumidifier, works on its own, when the humidity goes above the set limit then switches on when below then switches off.
   Nondigital Systemair 250mm ceiling ventilators 2pc with installed diffuser air diffusers which keep the air moving around the plants. extraction vent nondigital systemair 160mm connected to carbon filter and sound dampener, can be controlled with timer for 15-30 min to extract co2 rich air before dark cycle for example.

4. The co2 regulator valve (you need to rent or buy a 25kg co2 tank locally) works with the installed Trolmaster hydro x controller unit. 

5. Lamps - 4x650w sp6500 marshydro with latest LM301 high efficacy LEDs sunset sunrise function, deep penetrating lamps. can be controlled with installed trolmaster app

6. Watering, growing tray - Autopot 9xl fabric pot gravity feed trays 4pc with total 36 growing slots, 650L IBC container for nutrient feeding tank and 300L IBC for collecting condensate water, when full, can be pumped to the nutrient tank to reuse the water. Both tanks are covered with black neoprene to prevent light from entering the water and algae to grow. both tanks have a submersible pump inside, for a nutrient tank it’s for keeping nutrients aerated and can be on for 24h or with timer-controlled intervals 30min on 30min off, for example. the condensate tank has a pump for pumping condensate water to the main tank when it’s time to fill up the nutrient tank.

9. Trolmaster Hydro X control unit which also has a smartphone easy-to-use app to monitor temp, humidity, and control lamps and co2 regulator.  It has also a smoke sensor installed

10. All the controls are at the electrical box, electrical connections were made by a professional electrical engineer by EU requirements. Probably can be altered by local electricians to work anywhere in the world.

11. Pregrow modified homebox tent 90x60 h70cm for small plants, with autopot watering, and led quantum boards 2pc x 65w

Working principle

Bloombox20  is designed to grow fewer and larger large medical plants 18pc at the time or smaller 36 plants at the time.  It is a semi-closed unit which means air exchange is minimal to prevent the loss of co2 gas, extraction vent can be set with a timer depending on needs and local conditions. Air extraction usually takes place at the end of the light cycle( and maybe in the beginning as well or between as you prefer) to pull out co2 rich air and replace it with outside air (plants need oxygen at night and co2 in the day time to grow faster and produce bigger fruit and flowers). Equipment installed in bloombox20 takes care of the moisture heat and cold.

Intakes are original container vent holes on the left side 3pc, Original container intake outside covers needs to be cut open upon arrival (original holes are too small, easy to do).  Because of container shipping requirements, the holes through the container are not allowed, so the holes for water, wastewater, extraction vent, and power cable through the floor, climate control outside unit cable hole, and 4 screw holes in the back wall are masked and are not directly visible, but are easy to find and setup container after shipping, according to instructions.
